We are a group of senior system administrators with years of experience dealing with things that break. We have dealt with it so long that we have developed simple procedures to make sure that when things do break, nobody notices.

We offer two types of services for you: maintenance and consulting.

Our maintenance services are for you if you have gotten stuck with maintaining computers but do not really consider yourself a network administrator. We will handle the "heavy lifting" while you handle on-site support such as answering users' questions, installing programs and new desktop computers, and running software updates. We will give you procedures to follow if a server needs to be replaced - you just get it on the network and we will do the rest.
