Important basics:

Once you click "Sign Up" we'll enter you into our support system and contact you to get the information we need to maintain your systems.
We send invoices via email only. Invoices are sent on or soon after the 1st and 16th of the month.
Flat-Rate items (such as maintenance and hosting) are billed in advance. They will appear on the invoice emailed on the 16th and will be due on the 1st.
For hourly work, our terms are Net 10. We can also work from a retainer.
