The Process

We follow a simple 3-step process in designing or updating any site:

1) Get the content
You provide the site's content (pictures, text, etc) to us. This can be as simple as a Word document or a folder. Maybe you already have a site and want it updated or re-done - just let us know what you want changed (which can be simple text changes or re-doing the entire site's layout and navigation).

2) Layout the site
We take the content and design the navigation system, look and feel that presents the content to your visitors/customers. We focus on providing your visitors with the information they are looking for as quickly as possible. So if they are looking for a widget, and you sell widgets, they can find out what they want and buy the widget from you quickly and easily. That means you make more sales, and they are a happy customer that will return to you and recommend you to their friends. If you sell services or provide information, the principles are the same.

3) Program the site
We program the site using best practice techniques following the current web design standards. Many of our competitors write using code generators and simply test the code in a few popular browsers. We test our code against the XHTML standards on which all web browsers are based. That means your site will work in all web browsers.
