What am I billed for?
We bill for time spent by CSC personnel working on a project for a customer. This time includes all four phases of our consulting process. We bill for time spent preparing estimates. This is because in order to provide an estimate, we must gather information and do some of the design phase of the project. We limit the time doing an estimate to 30 minutes (or less if you request it). The time spent and work done to create the estimate is included in the total estimated price of the project.

How do I pay for services?
We send invoices via email on the 1st and 16th of the month for services provided during the previous period (1st-15th, 16th-end of month). Invoices have Net 10 terms. If you are unable to pay within those terms, you may establish a retainer against which we will bill. Monthly services such as maintenance and web hosting are billed on the 16th of the month for the following month and are due at the beginning of the month. Web hosting is billed quarterly for convenience.

For services (consulting, maintenance, and web design) we accept payment via check or electronic funds transfer only. Web hosting service can be paid for using check, EFT, major credit cards, or PayPal (credit cards are processed by PayPal).

How much does it cost?
New customers get 2 hours of free phone consulting! Sign Up and a consultant will contact you to discuss your company and your needs. Our hourly rate is $150/hr for consulting and $70/hr for web design meetings and discussions. We can provide a ballpark estimate within 15-30 minutes of billed time.
